In order to procure naval assets sufficient to secure and preserve the prosperity France so deserves, offers are made to several European sovereigns regarding the leasing of their unused naval resources.
The payment for lease offered is calculated upon the price of the assets lent. One twentieth is to paid immediately, and an annual payment of one tenth of the assets' cost to be paid from that point onward.
Assets in question:
- 4 Ships-of-the Line - 4 Frigates
(OoC: 5% cost of Polish-Lithuanian Naval assets = 9900. First year's payment = 9900 + 19800 = 28700, then 19800 P.A. after.)
Terms and conditions apply at the discretion of his Divine Grace's Will (Louis XIV).

The Polish King likes these terms, and puts them to his chancellor, who replies "The number in question is too great. For that figure, we can only sell the Ships-of-the-line and Frigates. Either way, the Sejm must be involved. This is a major change in our naval posture."
"Yes, very good. We will call it next year... when we deal with the traitors."
