The Riksdag, led by Magnus Gabriel, hands a note to Charles XI.
It reads:
"Whilst we understand your desire for purity, we demand an immediate cessation of the Carolean activities in Estonia, Ingermanland and Kexholm.
Such activities fall outside of the duty of the Caroleans, we must win the hearts and minds of our population.
We demand a full trial of the Carolean leader, Sön Röös Antoniussen, who instigated this bloody escapade, without sufficient actions of prevention from the Royal Crown.
Whilst the Riksdag appreciates his Majesty's efforts, particularly on the front of the Naval reforms and renting out of currently unused assets, we must call for a cessation of these actions against the normal history of relative religious tolerance.
We therefore demand that matters of religion in domestic policy must rest solely with the Riksdag. The King will be awarded a deciding vote on any tie."

After consulting with the Admiral, I've decided that this amounts to god-modding. To deal with the Riksdag you'll have to work similarly to the way in which Jan III Sobienski and Peter Romanov have dealt with the Sejm and Boyar Duma respectively.

reducing the King's authority following unhappiness with policy = god-modding? I fail to see this, particularly given the admins recent post follows this exact formula.

You announced a letter from the Riksdag, the King accepting this letter which is actually from the player does not represent the true grievances of the Riksdag. So the god-modding comes from your RP of the Riksdag's actions. The Riksdag is admin controlled in the sense that it is not one and the same with the playable character.
The admin has instead issued the true grievances of the Riksdag, this action differs from god-modding as they control all factions and events of the world that are not player controlled or influenced.
