After a hard three months of marching Tsar Pyotr has reached the town of Vinnytsia in the Ukarine, here he has combined his own forces with those of the Army of Conscription under General Bruce.

2,000 Militia Cavalry
1,250 Dragoons
1,500 Hussars
1,000 Ulans
235 Field Guns
150 Howitzers
The Conscript Army, commanded by Jacob Bruce: Stationed in Kiev
30,000 Irregulars
3,000 Line Infantry
2,000 Lifeguards
2,000 Line Infantry (Zaphrozie)

50 Field Guns (Wallachia)
50 Field Guns (Moldavia)
100 Field Guns
The Imperial Army now stands as follows:
35 Regiments of Irregulars
18 Regiments of Line Infantry
7 Regiments of Life Guards
3 Regiments of Engineers (3rd Imperial Regiment under strength at 700 men)
4 Squadrons of Militia Cavalryman
2 Squadrons of Cossacks
4 Squadrons of Dragoons (4th Imperial Dragoon Squadron at half strength)

3 Batteries of Howitzers
Total
62,700 Infantry
7,250 Cavalry
535 Artillery Pieces
This Army includes the vassals of Zaphrosia, Wallachia and Moldavia. It is commanded by Tsar Pyotr with Bruce seconded to command of the Artillery.
After organising his supply and provision the Tsar departs Vinnytsia and marches south. The first halt on the march will be in the city of Chisinau in Moldavia. The liberation of Chisinau will be a symbolic victory and will do wonders for the morale of the Allied war effort.
Boris Sheremetyev will lead his army from Perekop and occupy the strategic location of Mykolaiv, with Mykolaiv in Russian hands the Ottoman army will either have to engage in battle at Mykolaiv, take a long detour north or hold their position in a territory rapidly losing its ability to support such a large army.
