The Sublime Porte of the Ottoman Empire, in the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and his slave, Sultan Ahmet Khan, offers terms for peace to the Austrian King: - The Austrians will recognise Ferenc (Francis) I as King of Hungary.
- The Austrians will cede Croatia to the Ottoman Empire.
- The Ottomans will recognise Austrian rule over Slovenia, including the port province of Gorz.
- The Ottomans will recognise the claim of the Habsburgs to the title of Holy Roman Emperor in the West.
- The Ottomans will withdraw from Vienna, and provide funds for its fortification against future attacks: 5,000 ducats.
- The Ottomans will be satisfied with this territorial expansion, and will sign a commitment to eternal peace between the Osmanli and Habsburg realms.
- The property and person of all peoples in the conquered Kingdom of Croatia will be protected, and will be treated equally under Ottoman law. There will be no forced expulsions or conversions.
- The border will be a soft, not hard, border, and merchants will be allowed and encouraged to continue cross-border enterprises, subject to the laws.
- The Ottoman fleet will withdraw from the Adriatic and German merchants will once again be allowed access through the Bosphorus.
These terms are open to discussion, as the Sultan is merciful and generous.

As a sign of good will, the Sultan has withdrawn from Vienna.
No Holy Roman territory has been occupied, the empire is left intact, even if its emperor has lost a great deal of land.
