Louis XIV makes public the fact that the Kingdom of France and her allies have offered the Holy Roman Emperor terms for a White Peace, and have thus far been disappointed by Leopold's unwillingness to negotiate. Furthermore, France has requested membership of the Holy League, and has been similarly disappointed by the Emperor's unwillingness to admit her a position.
Owing to the seriousness of the existential threat posed to Central and Eastern Europe by the Ottoman invasion, France considers the Emperor's intransigence with Europe's foremost Catholic nation worrying. The client and vassal states of the Holy Roman Empire are invited to begin negotiating separate peace treaties with France, in the hopes that relations can be repaired sufficiently to begin the coordination of French military and economic aid in the defence of Europe against this latest Turkish incursion.

The Emperor declined the offer of a white peace because it has been brought to his attention by many that France entered an agreement with the Ottoman Empire in which the lands of Southern Italy were promised to the Sultan in return for attacking Austria. How can we make a deal with a state. This Ottoman invasion was decided in Paris, not Istanbul.

Russia would like to see evidence if there is indeed any. A white peace with France would be of great benefit to Austria as it would allow for full Austrian participation in the Ottoman War.
The Emperor Leopold is gently reminded of his repeated promise that the Holy Alliance would have nothing to do with his own dynastic struggle with the French.

The Emperor Leopold, before his untimely death, accepted the White Peace offer with France. He is joined by Prussia.
Baden agrees to a White Peace provided that the Margrave is freed to help stem the tide against the Turks.
Hanover refuses due to their close ties to the English, who have not yet entered into any peace. Following the death of his father, the Arch Duke Charles decided to head to the Dutch Republic in an attempt to stir up pro-war sentiment.
