Shortly after the Army of Venice arrives back in their home city to muted celebrations, the Papal Army enters Venetian territory in it's march East.
The Papal Army, commanded by Johann Kaspar Mayr von Baldegg (4/10): Stationed in Venice
Von Baldegg, despite his unfortunate name, has had a fortuitous career as a mercenary. He was appointed Commander of the Swiss Guard in 1700, but his skills at command remain untested.
10,000 Line Infantry 10,000 Swiss Guard 4,000 Grenadiers 500 Yeomanry Cavalry 1,000 Dragoons 1,000 Cuirassiers 150 Field Guns 50 Siege Bombards
