The Army of Holland, commanded by Lord Abermarle, originally dispatched to support the Duke of Marlborough and Prince Eugene during the 1704 campaign, will continue its march on Bavaria and head straight for the siege of Munich, where on arrival it will provide immediate military support to the Duke and invest in the fortress city, supporting and complementing the efforts of the 1st Royal Army.
