I'm opening talks between the belligerents of the Northern war.
dadedadeda gibberish and usual pompous words insert here (-------)
The Swedish may be willing to agree to the following;
That Saxony may have Pomerania,
That Russia may have Estonia,
On the condition that;
Sweden is assured it's existence and all hostilities against her will cease.
It's fleet is left intact and under control of Sweden.
Charles is recognized as the sovereign ruler of Sweden.
feel free to negotiate

"I hardly think it's your place to divvy up the Baltic, my good man," heckled an observing Frenchman near the back of the room.

This represents the personal opinion and suggestion of August II, on behalf of the Preobrazhenskoe Alliance of Russia, Poland-Lithuania, and Saxony (henceforth referred to as the Allies) against Sweden and Hostein-Gottorp (henceforth referred to as Sweden):
Immediate cessation of all hostilities between the Allies and Sweden.
The cession of the following territory by Sweden: Estonia, Livonia, & Neva to the Tsardom of the Russias Riga to the Kingdom of Poland and Grand Duchy of Lithuania Swedish Occupied Pomerania, Bremen, and Verden to the Electorate of Saxony
Administration of the Duchy of Holstein (only the territory within the HRE) will be handed to the Elector of Brunswick-Luneberg, with the hereditary office of Hochkanzelier Holstein
Sweden will be obliged to grant the "Honourable Company of Baltic Merchants" or "Hansa" exclusive rights to the Swedish carrying trade (i.e. only Hanseatic ships will be allowed to trade goods in Swedish ports)
In exchange the Allies recognise the following:
Sweden's right to existence and independence
Sweden's fleet will be left as is
Charles will be recognised as the rightful King of Sweden
Both sides will agree to abide by these terms, and not to engage in hostile activities against one another, their subjects, or interests.

Besides when it comes to divvying up entire regions i'll be sure to seek advice from the French next time.

I think Sweden may have something to say about Holstein shall we conclude that discussion over Holstein and it's possessors be taken as separate from the treaty where we may come to an agreement at a later date?
So Sweden if accepted into the Hansa may still have one territory on the coast, to be mulled over at a later date?

The Roman Emperor, Leopold I, sees the suggestion made by the Electorate of Saxony, as extremely reasonable
However, he does insist that those occupied HRE lands going to Saxony first be discussed by the Imperial Diet and courts, so as to prevent any new succession wars occurring
Other than this minor detail considering Imperial Law and succession rights, the peace suggested above by Augustus II, King of Poland-Lithuania, Electorate of Saxony, has the fall support of the Holy Roman Emperor

The Elector of Saxony will bring the question to the Diet, at the Emperor's request.

The Holstein issue must be dealt with in any treaty, the suggestion involves no transfer of territorial sovereignty, simply the acceptance of Hanoverian administration of the Duchy of Holstein.

Before any signing we must also agree that Sweden will become a permanent member of the Hansa and must abìde by Hansa policy.
We also wish for a joint Danish-Swedish garrison of Skane and the Swedish side of the Sounds.
