The Tsar, whose force had been heading to Moscow before being called back, is around a month away from Stralsund. This may take longer if he heads to Lublin first, as I believe are his current intentions(?). The Army of Poland will take about three weeks to get there.

The entire Danish fleet, filled with the entirety of the Royal Danish naval college's (Danish Navy) supplies of salt pork and pickled cabbage, supplies of fresh water, limited rum from the Danish Carribean.
Is ordered to deliver all rations to Stralsund, flying Danish colours.
The Polish and Courlander ships are not to accompany the Danish fleet. Stralsund not being under formal blockade.

Excellent, all three armies will be able to combine and march to the relief (Sieniawski's Cavalry Corps., Army of Poland, and Russian Imperial Army).

While Peter will naturally have the overall command, as Tsar of Russia, Sieniawski requests the right to command the cavalry (as he did at Vienna).

Sieniawski is of course granted overall command of the Russo-Polish cavalry.
