News spreads throughout the rest of the Kingdom of Hungary proper that a new Transylvanian state has broken away from the Habsburg Monarchy
Leopold I proclaims to all his Hungarian subjects: "This is an unacceptable goings on. I ask the Hungarian nobility of the Kingdom of Hungary to rally around me, Leopold I, in this time of internal crisis and with me march on these rebels and deal them the final blow once and for all. They have not only taken lands from Austria, they have more importantly stolen sacred lands of King Saint Stephen, Hungary's patron saint. This act is a crime in the purest meaning of the word, and we will not stand for it."
Leopold I requests that the Hungarian nobility build him an army of loyal Hungarian men. They shall be called the Hungarian Guard.
In return for raising forces to deal these rebels the greatest of blows, Leopold I promises that the Hungarian nobility be allowed to ascend to the higher echelons of Austria's imperial forces; that they be allowed more influential positions in the armed forces as a whole and the local Hungarian government systems; he will see to it too that in the army Hungarian officers receive the same pay as their Austrian counterparts; that those who have stolen from Saint Stephen be punished; that the choice estates and lands Siebenbürgen/ Transsilvanien (Transylvania) be given to the Hungarian nobility proper
In the name of God, let justice be done!
Leopold I.

The Hungarians tell the Emperor not to worry, the Transylvanians are simply a bunch of jumped up peasants and rabble-rousers.
OoC: Unfortunately you can't just magic units out of nowhere.

OOC: I was hoping they'd give me a price, but I'm sure it will just be regular unit fees, so not to worry
Have the 4,000 Militiamen and 500 Yeomanry Cavalry of Prague, and the 3,000 Militiamen and 5,00 Yeomanry Cavalry of Prague from in Buda. Have it supported as well by the 2,000 Line infantry (Hesse) stationed in Linz. Because De Mercy's force is due to march elsewhere, have De Mercy command this force.
50 field guns can also be borrowed from the Imperial army, they've plenty at the moment
Once in Buda, De Mercy is to report back with a plan of operation against those bastards in the south. This force is to commit to the total destruction of the rebels.
De Mercy has permission to use any means he sees fit to secure this objective
Let justice be done
