The French will be coming, flood the dams, serve muskets to the men of fighting age!
Flood the south by removing sluices and making wide gaps in the seawalls, the areas that will be inaccessible will be North and South Brabant with the only the accessible routes through the Dutch Republic Fortifacations of Oudenbosch, Bergen op Zoom, Breda, S. Hertgenbosch and Nijmegan. These Fortresses that will stand as testaments to the strength of the Dutch.

OOC: There isnt a fortress at Nijmegan but theres like dozens upon dozens in north Brabant so i put one there for simplicity.
