His Imperial Highness, the forever August, Leopold I, Holy Roman Emperor, King of Hungary, King of Bohemia, King of Croatian, arch-Duke of Austria, etc. etc., warmly invites his friend and dear ally, William III, House of Orange-Nassau, King of England, Ireland and Scotland, and Stadtholder of the Dutch Republic, to recognise the ceasefire in the East, and to send representatives to peace talks currently being organised by Austria concerning the latest outbreak of hostilities in the Baltic region between the Dutch Republic and the Russian Empire.
Let us strive to resolve this issue diplomatically
