1. Genoa will retain hold of Corsica, as the Doge is also King it affords him some degree of independence from the Empire. However, they will allow the French fleet basing rights.
2. Genoa will work to re-base the Reichsbank to Frankfurt.
3. Genoa will remain neutral in any European conflict or dispute outside of the Empire.
4. Genoa will aid France in the establishment of their centralised financial institution, utilising existing relationships with French bankers. Benedetto Orsini, financial adviser to Charles II of Spain, will move to Paris as a special adviser to the treasury. This ends the Genoese presence at the court of Charles, and aids France's financial machinations.
