With the capture of Riga, Stettin and Stralsund, the Polish King finally feels confident enough in the spread of his naval bases to send the meager Polish navy to sea.
They are ordered to cruise (individually) against enemy commerce, with orders to capture, burn, or take a prize any ship under the flag of a hostile power that is within their strength to achieve.
They are, of course, not to engage Swedish Pennants, as it is accepted by the Poles that they cannot match the Swedes seaman to seaman, let alone should the Swedes attack en masse. In the event that a Captain should fall in with a Swedish Pennant, they are to "run like smoke 'n oakum" for a friendly port.
The King also requests that the Duke of Courland does likewise.
