The entirety of the French fleet currently docked in Brest receives orders from the Captaincy-General of the King's Naval Arsenal to relocate to Marseilles with all haste, upon completing whatever repairs are still in progress.
The following troops are also to make for the Mediterranean port of Marseilles upon making the due preparations for a new military campaign. Luxembourg is ordered to recruit, equip and train new men to replace under strength regiments en route.
19,500 Line Infantry 4,400 Hussars 7,700 Dragoons 2,000 Musketeers of the Guard 1,000 Grenadiers 1,000 Engineers 400 Field Guns 350 Howitzers
(OoC: These are the troops that left the Spanish Netherlands earlier and were en route to Paris prior to receiving these new orders.)

I'll get those troops moved for you presently.
The fleet will also be moved to Marseilles. In terms of the damaged ships you have a couple of options. You can either pay half their original price in order to have them repaired by the new year, or you can sell them for a quarter of the price. Essentially, a seriously damaged ship is considered half a ship, albeit one that can't fight. Therefore the selling price will be a quarter, rather than half the price. These ships can always be towed to Marseilles with the rest of the fleet if you want, or they can be left in Brest and join the fleet when they are repaired.
