Swedish forces, of an unknown size, have occupied 'White Karelia'. With it, they expect to intercept much of the Russian fur trade.
With the promise of equal treatment under the law, the abolition of serfdom and the Baltic market for trading their invaluable fur, The Swedish forces have further informed any local boyars that they will be able to attend the Riksdag in session, with tutors being sent from Stockholm to educate them in the Swedish language should they so wish and translators provided for the interim.
We further look to the Riksdag to authorise the following:
1. The formal integration of White Karelia into the Swedish realm.
2. The acceptance of the above provisions for equal treatment of the populace integrated.
3. Permission to send troops further East, with the aim of cutting off the Russian trade through Arkhangelsk.
