Count Erik Lindskjold addresses the Riksdag with a Bill to be passed:
" The sums raised from taxation are miserly, they represent a brake on economic activity and population growth. We therefore call for their abolition, along with a raft of policies to increase Sweden's population and wealth:
1. Abolition of all taxation 2. A removal on tariffs on grain, from any nation, bar those deemed to be hostile to Sweden. 3. The awards of small plots of land from current Crown estates unoccupied by the Royal family, to be granted to any immigrants. 4. The Riksbank is instructed to loan, at zero interest, a sum of up to 50d (interest free) to any regional body of merchants wishing to create a bank, or to existing Swedish banks, for the purpose of financing trade and investment in production. Estimated cost: 2000 5. The Riksbank is to loan, with intended repayment within 10 years (interest free), 3d to any merchant of any nation, that houses himself and his family in Sweden. Loans to existing Swedish merchants should also be made available. Estimated cost: 5000+ 6. An abolition of all edicts precluding equal treatment before the law.
